Every order comes with a 30-day refund window from the day it is delivered, plus a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to start a return

• Email support@dembor.cn with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply with return instructions, usually within 1–3 business days.
• Send the item back in its original packaging, unused and complete, so we can process it quickly.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been released.

Warranty claims

If a device stops working as it should within 12 months of delivery, email us with your order number and a short description (a photo or short video helps). We will repair, replace or refund the item.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong device, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out straight away.
