These terms govern your use of the Dembor online store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to correct pricing or description errors before an order is dispatched. Product photographs are for illustration; colours may vary slightly by screen.

2. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, as customs and carrier delays are outside our control. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Full conditions are set out on our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Warranty

Every device carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage from misuse, or unauthorised repair.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store card details on this site. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified.

7. Legal use

Our devices are general wellness and personal care products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use them on broken or irritated skin, and speak to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, photosensitive or under medical care.

8. Intellectual property

The Dembor name, product photography and all site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
