Dembor ships internationally from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Every order is packed by hand, checked before it leaves, and tracked end to end.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There is no minimum spend and no separate handling fee.

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and local customs. All prices and shipping rates are charged in USD.

Processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email support@dembor.cn with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier for you.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels at their true value in line with international shipping regulations.

Delays outside our control

Severe weather, customs inspections and peak-season backlogs can occasionally slow a parcel down. We keep an eye on every shipment and will contact you proactively if we see a problem.
